Our Belle Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The building was fully renovated in 2015, upgrading the existing building into a first class facility for special events. The building sits on a 6 acre site set off RT 44 in Avon. The facility hosts only one major event per day. Therefore, our clients can have access to the facilities before events for photo opportunities and decorating.

Our banquet space also features a reception area with a full bar, large bridal suite, and patio terrace for clients and guests to enjoy.

The Story Behind

Belle Ballroom

The North House was previously known as The Avon Old Farms Inn and was owned and operated by Belle and Ernest Young. Belle was known to be the leader of the restaurant and her influence on the property lives on today. We have named our magnificent ballroom in her honor.

Main Ballroom

With over 3,500 square feet, the Ballroom is perfect for any event you may host.

Our Main Ballroom boasts an elegant sophisticated atmosphere with marble floors and chandeliers appointed with crystal medallions. We can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 200 guests, and the spacious dance floor offers plenty of room for guests to dance the night away.

Foyer & Bar

The elegant foyer and sprawling staircase offer the perfect spot for photos and a dramatic entrance.

The North House offers a covered portico for guests upon entering, leading to the Grand Foyer. Guests are met with a crystal chandelier and sophisticated ambiance. This is a great place for your guests to socialize during cocktail hour before the Ballroom is open to guests. The foyer leads directly to our Main Ballroom, bar, and outside terrace.

Terrace

Let the grounds be the perfect backdrop for your wedding and photographs.

Whether it be the Pergola for elegant, formal settings, the romantic water feature, or the evergreen specimen garden complete with 20 specimens of manicured trees, your photographs will reflect the beauty and elegance of your perfect day.

Bridal Suite

Our bridal suite provides ample space for pampering and primping prior to your wedding day. Complete with lounge area, private restroom and vanities for all sized bridal parties!
